Committee Meeting by Teleconference

Attending: Kay Miley, Rene Cummins, Kathleen Boate (staff NCSILC)
Absent: Mitzi Kincaide, Sierra Royster, Oshana Watkins, Stephanie Johnson, Julia Sain
I reminded those present a few of our members were not present due to having appointments.
We discussed the goal not having any money.  I told the members that we may not have money but that the goal could still be measured by how many transitions took place.  Everyone agreed.
