Notes: Provision of services (n=2,697) means the case is in an eligible status (status 60 and above) on the last day of the time period or was closed from an eligible status during the time period. Receipt of PAS (n=241) means a case with payment for PAS (case service code 27) during the time period. De-institutionalization (n=9) means a case that was closed in status 76 from status 61 during the time period. Prevention of institutionalization (n=31) means a case that was closed in status 76 from status 62 during the time period.
