Membership Committee Minutes
June 10, 2015
Present: Sandy Ogburn, Teresa Staley, Sandy Hicks, Keith Greenarch
Members absent: Gloria Bellamy

Keith stated Barry Washington has been appointed to the membership committee. Sandy will add him to necessary email lists.

Discussion was held that the application process needs to be streamlined. Sandy and Keith will meet and discuss some changes and present to committee. Also Keith and Sandy will meet with Valerie.
Meetings will be 11:15 from now on and Sandy will send out reminders.
Jeff McCloud application will be tabled until July. There is nothing in the bylaws that outline if a person has been approved in the past how their applications are handled. Sandy and Keith will research the Rehab Act to find out how to proceed with his application.
With no further business Sandy asked for a motion to adjourn. Keith made that motion and Sandra 2nd it. The meeting was adjourned at 11:26 am.
