SILC FINANCE COMMITTEE MEETING
April 26, 2016
2:00 PM

The SILC Finance Committee met by teleconference on April 26, 2016 at 2:00 PM with the following members present:  Clare Miller, Kay Berry, Oshana Watkins, Kimlyn Lambert, Helen Pase, Rene Cummins, Mark Steele, and Freida Moore.
Absent members were:  Keith Greenarch and Debbie Hippler

The meeting was called to order by Clare Miller followed by a roll call of attendees.  The March 2016 P & E Report was reviewed.  The reimbursement for March 2016 of $11,550.89 was received on April 25, 2016 per Freida Moore.  The Profit & Loss Budget vs. Actual was reviewed and shows that 33.75% of the budget has been expended for Oct. 1 2015 – March 31, 2016.

SILC meeting expenses for the March 31, April 1, 2016 meeting will show on the April 2016 P & E Report.

The financial reports were accepted as presented.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:30 PM.
