Eva Reynolds is the Associate Director and Employment Network Coordinator for DisAbility Partners, a Center for Independent Living with offices in Asheville and Sylva. The Center provides services to people living with disabilities in 14 Western North Carolina Counties. She received her BA in Psychology from UNCA Asheville at the age of 46 in 2010. She is a Virginia Commonwealth University accredited Community Work Incentive Counselor. Eva believes that her work at the Center for Independent Living is closely connected to her life’s work of advocacy and activism. As a person living with disabilities and a parent of a child with disabilities she has lived experience as well as shared experience, with the consumers she serves. Eva believes that disability rights are civil rights. Eva is the mother of 3 and doting grandmother of 3. She lives in Asheville N.C. with her 2 fur babies Bella and Daiji.
