Activity:	How to start a CIL to a grassroots advocacy organization in a rural area
Mark Steele, Dave Wickstrom and Melea Williams met with staff of the Area Agency on Aging in Henderson, NC to discuss what CIL’s do and what it would look like to open one in their area. Dave is going to schedule a follow up meeting in April with the Executive Director.

The Adaptables attended and participated in the February 2017 SILC quarterly meeting; however, no Part B funds were expended. Mark & Keith’s attendance at the SILC quarterly meeting was sponsored by the SILC since Mark is a voting member representing the ILNNC and Keith is the SILC Chair person.
